Soft Play

Come along and allow your children to play, explore, learn and make friends at our exciting and safe soft play sessions. Children can climb, crawl and play on the fun soft obstacles and ball pools.

Learn to Ride 

Would you like your little one to learn how to ride?
Balance bikes are now the best way to teach the necessary skills to ride a bike; learn to balance, move, glide and most importantly... have fun!

Energy Club

Are you looking to improve your families overall health and wellbeing, concerned about your child’s weight or want your family to become more active? Then the Energy Club is here to give you advice, support and guide you into a healthier lifestyle.

Energy Club is a fun, educational and active course for the whole family to promote a healthy lifestyle.

The course is made up of interactive nutrition education sessions for parents/carers as well as fun physical activity sessions for the children - the whole family learning and having fun together.

The course is FREE and available to families with children aged 5-12 year olds.

Fully qualified sports coaches will deliver a dynamic programme of physical activity which will include fun games, sports, fitness and physical challenges delivered by Link4Life sports coaches.

Link4Life's Healthy Lifestyle Team will lead on providing nutritional and wellbeing support for parents/carers covering topics around nutritional components, food labels,  goal setting and physical activity.

This programme is in partnership with Living Well, Rochdale.

What is it?

Aimed at children aged 4-7, these one hour sessions are designed to build water confidence in children safely. We will supply the wetsuits, buoyancy aids and the adventure.

Mini Splash starts at the water’s edge with some fun games to get children used to the water. Once we are ready we will set off on a journey of discovery in our smaller boats. On our way back we get into the water and play some fun games and splash around.

Link4Life is excited to be working with Beth Tweddle Gymnastics to give as many children as possible the opportunity to experience gymnastics. 

Beth Tweddle Gymnastics is run by passionate and highly qualified coaches and is designed for the gymnasts to have fun, make friends and learn new skills in a supportive, safe environment. Open to girls and boys aged 2+ the programme allows child to develop at their own rate collecting badges along the way and growing in confidence on our state of the art equipment, including a high beam, bars and an air track.

Link4Life’s qualified sports coaches deliver a number of fun and energetic multi-sport sessions for young people 5-12 years. Learn new skills, make new friends and have loads of fun taking part in sports such as crab football, pirate crickets, tennis, dodgeball and much more.

Link4Life Fit and Fed Programme

Link4Life Fit and fed programme 2017. Tackling Holiday Hunger, Social Isolation and Inactivity. In partnership with Rochdale Borough Council, NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group and Tesco Bags for Help.
