Active4Life Officer

What is your job role?

  • Lead instructor for targeted exercise sessions for participants with long term conditions
  • Lead instructor for specialised work with participants with long term neurological conditions, cancer rehabilitation and balance, mobility & co-ordination & those at risk of falls
  • Working with borough wide NHS referral teams to ensure continuation of exercise programmes for people coming out of the referral pathways.
